Personal nutrition plan
We create a nutrition plan to help you meet your specific fitness goals. Our role is to give you insight behind this plan. We are available at any time to give guidance, advice and counseling about your nutrition plan.
Online & offline coaching
To ensure the effectiveness of our programs, you can contact us with questions about nutrition and training. We guarantee a response to any question about Alpha Fit's programmes soon enough.
Workshops & Seminars
We give and organize multiple workshops and seminars on themes related to nutrition, physical and mental strength. We believe in motivation through education. Alpha Fit-ers learn both the practice of our program and the theory in which it is based.
We organize events and gatherings where our Alpha Fit-ers are able to test and go beyond their mental and physical limits.
Rehab & prehab
In case of an injury, our Alpha Fit specialists are available to you with advice and assistance. If necessary, we can refer you to a specialist from our extensive sports medicine network.
